It was a brand-new hotel and also fairly clean. The room was adequate and the bed extremely comfy. The venue was set in the central position just next door to shopping places and good restaurants.

The hotel was stylish and business, and the staff were courteous, liked the perfect location near Chetumal as well as Mayan museum. Impressive, big size room with refrigerator. I could park the car on site.

We had a great at this hotel : good location and helpful staff. Their driver rocks! We went to savora seafood & grill, located right next to, to have some dinner. Furthermore, free parking was handy.

Close proximity to museo de la ciudad and other tourist sites. Short way from the restaurant Mantura Bistro Garden. Location next to taxi bacalar bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away.
